Rabbit Hill Rentals is an extended stay gated community in New Caney, TX. Whether you are a guest staying in one of our cottages, villas or cabins, you will enjoy Rabbit Hill Rentals' quiet, calm, clean and friendly environment (rules strictly enforced).

NO MORE THAN TWO ADULTS PER COTTAGE / CABIN.

In addition to the application, please submit payments totaling $145 or $165.00 (Zelle, cash, cashier’s check, or money order)

1) $45.00 application fee for first adult or $65.00 application fee for two adults , and

2) $100 partial deposit (will count towards your $500 security deposit). This is refundable if you pull the application or are denied.

2 bedroom | 1 or 2 bathroom | Porch | Lakeview

Includes furnishings like a queen size bed, chairs, fridge, stove top burners, 20-gallon water heater, TV. You need food, clothes, bedsheets, utensils. Pick how you pay...1-week at a time = $300; 2-weeks = $600; 3-weeks = $900 or Discounted Monthly = $1,200 (due 1st of month).
